DMC for Prague: destination management for events and incentives
A DMC (destination management company) in Prague is a local partner that designs and runs programmes on the ground for agencies and companies from abroad: venues, transport, guides, dining, activities and on-site coordination for meetings, incentives, conferences and events. PraguePrivate works as a DMC for groups of all sizes.

What we handle
Incentive programmes
Multi-day programmes with experiences, dinners and excursions that reward and surprise.
Conference support
Hotels, transfers, social programmes, partner programmes and excursions around your congress.
Venues and gala dinners
Palaces, historic halls, gardens, boats and modern spaces, with catering and production.
Team building
City challenges, cooking and beer workshops, sports and creative formats.
Transport logistics
Airport arrivals, coach shuttles and VIP cars, planned around restricted zones.
On-site coordination
Our team on the ground during the programme, solving problems before your guests notice them.
How we work with partners
When an agency or a company brings a group to Prague for an incentive, a conference or an event, they need someone local who knows the venues, the suppliers, the rules and the traffic. A DMC is that partner.
What we design
Programmes that fit the purpose of the trip: a reward that feels exclusive, a conference that runs smoothly, an event that people remember. We combine Prague's historic venues and landscapes with experiences that suit the group, from gala dinners in palaces to beer workshops and castle day trips.
How we deliver
Every programme gets a detailed operating plan, confirmed suppliers and a coordinator on site. Arrivals, transfers, timings, menus and contingency plans are prepared in advance, and changes are handled by one team.
Working with us
Send us a brief with dates, group size, objectives and budget range. We reply with ideas, a draft programme and a costed proposal for your review.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a DMC, an incoming agency, a ground operator and a tour operator?
A DMC designs and runs event and incentive programmes on the ground. An incoming agency receives leisure groups and individual travellers and arranges their services. Ground operator or ground handler is the British trade term for the same local role, and receptive operator the American one. A tour operator creates and sells the trip in the source market.
Can you arrange site inspections?
Yes. We organise site inspections of hotels and venues for your team, with a programme and transfers.
What size of groups do you handle?
From small executive groups to programmes for several hundred participants, with suppliers and staff scaled accordingly.
Do you work only in Prague?
Prague is our base. We also run programmes across the Czech Republic and can combine Prague with Vienna, Budapest or Dresden.
