How the meeting works
Václav Havel Airport has two passenger terminals. Flights from outside the Schengen area arrive at Terminal 1, flights from Schengen countries at Terminal 2. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of the right terminal after baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. You receive the driver's name and phone number the day before.
For groups and events
For tour operators, conferences and weddings we coordinate several arrivals, plan the vehicles around the flight schedule and can place a host at the airport to welcome guests. One transfer or two hundred, you get one plan and one quote.
Part of a bigger plan

Where do we meet the driver at Prague airport?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, after baggage claim and customs. Terminal 1 serves flights from outside the Schengen area and Terminal 2 serves Schengen flights. Your driver waits with a sign showing your name.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pick-up time automatically. You do not need to call us if the flight is late.
How long is the free waiting time?
Up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time, which is enough for baggage claim and passport control on most flights.
How long does it take from Prague airport to the city centre?
The airport is about 17 km from the centre. By car the drive usually takes 25 to 45 minutes depending on traffic and the location of your hotel.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Tell us the ages of your children when you book and we fit the right seats in the vehicle.
Can you handle a large group?
Yes. We arrange minibuses and coaches, coordinate several flights and can add a guide who welcomes the group at the airport.
Is it safe to take a taxi at Prague airport?
Yes, if you use the airport's official taxi service, a ride-hailing app or a pre-booked transfer, and avoid drivers who approach you inside the hall. The official service at the terminals is Uber Airport, with the price shown before you book. A pre-booked transfer gives you a known driver who waits with your name.
Is public transport a good alternative?
For light travellers, yes. Trolleybus 59, which replaced bus 119 in 2024, connects the airport with the metro at Nádraží Veleslavín, and the Airport Express bus runs to the main railway station. For families, groups, heavy luggage or late arrivals, a private transfer is simpler.
