How we work with partners
If you send clients to Prague, you need a partner on the ground who answers quickly, confirms in writing and handles problems before they reach your clients. That is the role we play for tour operators, agencies, advisors and event planners.
What we handle
Hotels and room blocks, airport and intercity transfers, coaches, licensed guides, restaurants and group menus, tickets, excursions across the Czech Republic and events. For MICE clients we add venues, gala dinners, team building and on-site coordination.

You send a brief; we reply with a proposal and net rates. Once confirmed, you receive written confirmations for every service, a clear operating plan and one coordinator who follows your file until your clients fly home.

How do you work with travel trade partners?
We quote net rates for the services you need, confirm everything in writing and invoice your company. Payment terms are agreed for each partnership.
Are you a tour operator?
We are a travel agency (cestovní agentura) under Czech law. We supply individual services on the ground; the trip is organised and sold by you as the tour operator.
Can we get a fact sheet?
Yes. Send us a partner request and we reply with our fact sheet, references and the details you need for your contracting.
