Who we are

PraguePrivate offers guidance and coordination in Prague. Our team has more than twenty years of experience in incoming tourism. We plan, book and coordinate ground services for your clients; the services are carried out by specialist partners we have worked with for years: licensed guides, licensed transport companies, hotels, restaurants and venues.

What we arrange

• Airport transfers with meet and greet, cars, minibuses and coaches with drivers
• Hotel blocks, rooming lists and meal plans
• Licensed guides in English, Spanish and Turkish, other languages depending on availability
• Private tours in Prague and day trips in the Czech Republic, to Dresden and to Vienna
• Restaurants that seat a whole group together, set menus agreed in advance
• Tickets for Prague Castle, the Jewish Museum, concerts and events
• Incentive programmes, company events and programmes for delegations

Groups and capacities

• Groups from about 20 to 200 guests
• Licensed guides for subgroups of about 20 to 25 guests, radio headsets on request
• Coaches planned around the rules of the historic centre: designated stops only, for up to 15 minutes
• One coordinator for your file and a contact number for your tour leader during the whole stay

Sample programmes

Prague in three days, leisure group. Day 1: arrival with meet and greet, transfer to the hotel, welcome dinner. Day 2: Prague Castle and the Old Town with licensed guides, free afternoon, evening boat on the Vltava. Day 3: day trip to Kutná Hora or Český Krumlov, farewell dinner.

Two-day incentive. Day 1: arrival, a convoy of vintage cars through the city, dinner in a historic venue. Day 2: a private tour chosen by the group, free time, an evening concert and a closing dinner.

Delegation programme. Meet and greet at the airport, cars between meetings, a cultural programme in the evening and a programme for accompanying persons, all with one contact on the ground.

How we work with partners

• You send a brief with dates, group size and the services you need.
• We reply the same business day with questions or a first proposal, then with net rates.
• Every service is confirmed in writing, and you receive an operating plan before arrival.
• One invoice to your company; payment terms are agreed for each partnership.
