How we work with partners
Twenty people is a different trip from two. Everything takes longer, needs more space and has to be coordinated: the coach, the hotel rooms, the restaurant tables, the guides and the tickets. Prague adds its own challenges, from restricted coach zones to narrow streets and busy entrances.
Planned before you arrive
We prepare a day-by-day operating plan with timings, coach movements, guide assignments and restaurant reservations. Your tour leader receives it in advance and knows who to call on the ground.
Comfortable for the group
We choose hotels with good coach access, restaurants that can seat everyone together and guides who keep subgroups small enough to hear and ask questions. Tickets for the castle, the synagogues or concerts are booked for group slots.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests per guide do you recommend?
For walking tours we recommend subgroups of about 20 to 25 people per guide. Radio headsets help in busy places and are available on request.
Where can coaches stop in the historic centre?
Only at designated coach stops, for up to 15 minutes. Tour coaches may not enter the historic centre without a permit that ordinary tour coaches cannot get, and they wait in designated coach car parks. We plan the stops and the parking in advance for every day of your programme.
Do you organise school trips?
Yes. We plan educational programmes, safe accommodation and transport for school groups, adapted to the age of the students.
